Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to support a large company in the Industrial Automation industry who has roughly 2,500 end users globally. This person will maintain and support the IT environment including support of hardware, software, network, and related infrastructure in the global environment. You will be responsible for the technical break and fix of all IT systems, the deployment of end-user IT systems, interface and maintain effective communication with business users and other global IT team members when resolving incidents fulfilling requests, assist in documentation processes, and perform planned system changes and upgrades with minimal impact to business operations.
Compensation:
$24/hr to $26/hr.
