Position Overview
We are looking for a IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Harrods. This role will be responsible for ensuring the services that IT deliver meet business needs and perform to expected service levels across a specific domain.
About The Role The IT Service Delivery Manager will own the service delivery and operational performance of a portfolio of services that underpins the Harrods business capabilities within a specific domain. As part of this role you will need to be on call which is done on a rota basis in the team, normal working hours will be 9-5pm. This role is 3 days in the office You will: Be responsible for the operational management and improvement of core service management processes, particularly major incident, problem management, change management and release management.
