As an IT Analyst within IT, you will play a key role in keeping the firm secure from cyber threats and assisting in the recovery of the firm's systems and services, in the event of a Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity situation.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to the threats and outputs from the Managed Detect Respond service, working with the suppliers and internal teams to seek resolution. Triage and investigated security incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, escalating where appropriate Conduct daily checks of the firm's security systems to ensure that they are working correctly. Ensure all active vulnerabilities are logged in the firm's ticketing system and are assigned to the relevant team for remediation.
