JOB DETAILS
1) Using your knowledge of the market and contacts in the industry, identify and develop new customers and new external selling partners.
2) Develop, drive, manage and support external selling partners as necessary. This would include providing training and sales support.
3) Act as marketer/business developer/salesperson of DataFirst for example at trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings.
4) Manage all direct and external-channel leads and opportunities and ensure that all data is kept up-to-date. Produce projections based on intimate knowledge of customerβs demand.
5) Chart out and monitor sales proposals and tenders (e.g. quantity, margin, product/system), and follow up statistics concerning sales proposals.
6) Meet annual sales targets, both for numbers of new opportunities and overall revenue.
7) Run the negotiations with customers over content, price and Terms & Conditions.
