IT Project Manager

The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

• Service Continuity and Availability
• Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management
• Obsolescence Management

The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.

The Project Manager is required to assist to plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical and non‑technical aspects of the Project, including:

• New setups or upgrades of system and infrastructure projects
• Supporting operational systems to satisfy contractual Service Level Agreements
• Providing project documentation and reports
• Maintaining the project’s financial budget
