Position Overview
The CRM IT Project Manager oversees the technical implementation and management of CRM systems. This role is responsible for the technical strategy, project management of implementation, specifically requirements and design through implementation and hypercare, as well as maintenance and ongoing support of the system. Partnership is ley for this role as communicating technical concepts to business teams, management and stakeholders is required. Waterfall and agile project management skills are required to manage the CRM system in Hillenbrand.
