Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of payment projects from initiation to closure
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure alignment across application, platform, infrastructure, and release teams
- Coordinate project activities across developers, system analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors
- Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodology, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and management
- Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and technical coordination across teams
