Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
- Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team.
- Remove blockers and impede work progress.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank.
- Foster a safe and trusting team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial industry.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
- Good knowledge of end‑to‑end business process in Consumer/Corporate Banking's Channels.
