Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, such as Gantt Charts, Project Initiation Documents, etc.
- Ensure Agile leadership are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability, and visibility.
- Create UML diagrams and other project governance related documentation.
- Manage and monitor dayβtoβday project activities and provide direction to team members and supporting organisations.
- Manage and monitor project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions and/or escalation to appropriate supporting stakeholders for attention.
- Present project matters to stakeholders and record minutes of the meeting.
- Disseminate project information and maintain communication.
- Develop, distribute and present project performance reports to stakeholders.
