IT Project Administrator

Sao Paulo Based/ Hybrid role

As the IT Project Administrator, you will lead and streamline IT project administration and digital operations for the Royal Enfield Brazil (REBRA) subsidiary and the wider LATAM region. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, software deployments, and digital factory initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with global IT standards to support regional business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end administration of IT projects in the LATAM region, from initial requirement gathering and resource allocation to final deployment and post-launch support.
• REBRA Subsidiary Support: Act as the primary IT administrative lead for the Brazil subsidiary, ensuring local IT needs are met while maintaining alignment with the global Digital Factory roadmap.
