Duties & Responsibilities

• 5+ years IT Support
• Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, OneDrive)
• Android OS and Apple iOS
• Additional language like French, German, Spanish or Italian
• VOIP Knowledge (3CX / Mitel / Skype for Business / Teams)
• Firewalling and Switching skills (Fortigate / CheckPoint / Cisco / Juniper)
