Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and validate requirements.Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps.Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements.Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices....
