The Indirect Procurement IT Portfolio Sourcing Manager is a strategic procurement leader who manages a portfolio of related spend categories. This role develops and executes multi year category strategies that secure best value, quality, and service delivers measurable cost optimization, reduces risk, and aligns sourcing outcomes to business goals. The IT Portfolio Sourcing Manager acts as the bridge between suppliers and internal teams, driving efficiency and innovation across assigned commodity groups through analysis, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration.

Strategy Development

Create and implement global/divisional sourcing strategies and portfolio roadmaps for IT Spend Portfolios, including demand shaping, supply market analysis, and multi year plans.
