As a Process Manager, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilities. You will leverage your expertise in process optimization, project management, and change management to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.

An Information Technology (IT) Process Manager focuses on optimizing and improving IT-related processes within an organization. This position will own and manage processes related to Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Time Tracking, Resource Management or overall IT Administrative processes.
