We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support and manage 24x7 Data Centre operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, business applications, and data centre facilities. The candidate will be responsible for operational monitoring, incident support, batch processing, backup management, and disaster recovery activities. Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Data Centre operations on a 24x7 shift basis. Monitor server, system, and application health to ensure service availability.
