An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations Site Coordinator to join our IT Operations team reporting to our IT Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical leadership and deliver day‑to‑day IT support at the designated college site.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of IT services for staff and students.
• Act as the first point of technical escalation and lead/coordinate the work of IT Operations Technicians to maintain SLA‑driven service standards.
• Offer support and cover across other sites within the group when required.

Qualifications

• Good general education and proven Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support capability (diagnosing and fixing hardware/software faults).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
• Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, CCNA/CCNP...
