Your area of work:
As an IT Operations Officer, you will be at the heart of our technical environment, ensuring the smooth and timely operation of our critical IT systems. Working in shifts from our Command Centre, you will be the first point of contact for production matters, playing a vital role in maintaining the availability and performance of our services.
Your responsibilities:
You will watch for the production environment, Monitor batch processing on both mainframe and distributed systems (Windows/Unix), and ensure all operations are completed within their deadlines. Act as the primary contact for production incidents. You will be responsible for ticket management (creation, follow-up) and lead escalation to the appropriate support teams to ensure rapid resolution.
