The IT Operations Manager will manage the BAU (Business As Usual) tasks for all Applications and Peripherals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical systems, coordinating our Disaster Recovery Program, and implementing quality standards in IT Operations. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of our Core Banking, API Layer, Payment Operations, Card Connection, and AWS Account Management.

• System Monitoring : Continuously monitor all IT systems including Core Banking, API Layer, Payment Operations, and Card Connection to ensure optimal performance and security.
