Job description:

TheIT Supervisoris responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing support personnel, and ensuring all IT systems and services are functioning efficiently. This role ensures continuity of service and supports the organization’s daily operations through effective IT management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be a college graduate (BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related)
• At least 4–6 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration, withat least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
• Ex perience in managing IT support/helpdesk operations
• Knowledge in network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
