Join our global IT Operations team as the first IT Engineer in our Madrid hub. You will be part of our international IT team while being the face of IT for our growing Madrid office, ensuring our team members have the tools and support they need to be productive. Working in a hybrid model, you’ll balance remote work with on-site presence to cover local IT needs, while contributing to global IT projects and playing a key role in scaling our operations as we grow.
As an IT Operations Engineer, you will own the IT experience for the Madrid office while contributing to the global IT strategy. You will balance hands‑on support with infrastructure management and project work. Our IT infrastructure is remote‑first and cloud‑based, with the physical landscape consisting primarily of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), displays, and office equipment.
