Job Title: IT Operations Engineer

Company based in Pretoria is looking for a IT Operations Engineer to join their team on a contract until Dec 2026.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizens / Permanent Residents with SA ID number.
• Start as soon as possible.
• Deep ITSM knowledge.
• AGILE Project Management knowledge and work experience.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and relations between components.
• Clean ITC/credit record and no criminal record.
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• ITIL certification (advantageous).
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required).
• Minimum 6 Years’ experience in an operations environment.
