Job Description - Round-the-clockmonitoringandmaintenanceoftheSystem(hardwareandsoftware)toensuresystemuptime in accordance to SLA commitments
- Respondtoallincident/servicecallsandbefirstresponderonsitetotroubleshootandresolveincidents including basic repairs or parts replacements
- Create/updateandtrackticketinticketingtooltoclosureobservingSLAcommitments
- Escalate,whennecessary,inaccordancetoescalationmatrix
- Performregularpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance,troubleshootingsystemhardwareandallcomputer-based systems.

- Liaiseandworkcloselywithcustomerstoaddressserviceconcernsandtosolvetechnicalproblems.

- Ensureallmaterialisproperlydocumentedandhandedoverduringshiftchanges
