Position Overview
Key Responsibilities IT Operations & User Support - Act as first point of contact for IT service requests and incidents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common user issues (access, applications, devices).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by following provided SOPs and checklists.
- Coordinate with team and vendors for issue resolution.
- Update IT service desk tickets and operational records.
IT Administration & Finance Support - Track IT invoices, payment status, and chargebacks using defined templates or systems.
- Coordinate with Finance and vendors on billing follow-ups.
- Maintain IT administrative records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Operate automated admin workflows (e.g. reminders, status updates, reports).
