Education:
ADP IT / BS CS / BS IT or equivalent
Networking, Hardware, or Server Administration certification preferred
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
Experience with HMIS, CCTV, troubleshooting, and user support preferred
Skills:
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Basic networking and system administration
Windows installation and configuration
User support and communication skills
Knowledge of HMIS, servers, and surveillance systems
