Position Overview
IT Support - Provide technical support for computers, printers, software and office devices.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and documentation
- Support email setup, user accounts, and system access.
- Manage Network Operations & Monitoring – Wired & Wireless
Marketing Support - Assist in managing company social media accounts.
- Assist in webinar activities.
- Support in event (exhibition, seminar, etc.) organization.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Assist Marketing campaign activities
Requirements - Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
