Discovery Capital Finance Corp is seeking a high-caliber Head of IT and Systems to lead the transformation of our in-house Loan Management System (LMS) into a robust, core banking-grade financial platform.

This is a critical leadership role for a technical expert who understands that lending is as much about accounting integrity as it is about software code. You will oversee the entire IT ecosystem, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and fully compliant with the Philippine financial regulatory landscape.
