Information Technology (IT) Manager

Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a talented, diligent, and dedicated Information Technology (IT) Manager to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
2. Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure.
3. Help define the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
4. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop solutions for IT needs.
5. Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT infrastructure.
7. Available on standby over weekends and after hours.
8. Proficient with Hyper-V or similar software.
