**Job Description**

The **IT Manager – Operational Technology (OT)** is responsible for the performance, stability, and security of the technology powering our operating environments. This role leads the deployment and operation of OT platforms, ensuring they meet standard. As a lead partner to Production and Engineering, the Manager translates operational needs into reliable technical solutions that maximize business outcomes, reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

+ Lead OT solutions to ensure scalable, secure, high-performing systems.
+ Standardize design, deployment, and monitoring processes.
+ Align OT strategy with business goals and industry standards.
+ Oversee portfolio, vendors, and cross-functional delivery.
+ Enforce security and architecture standards.
+ Develop and mentor a high-performing OT team.
