IT Manager - Luxury Beauty

My client, a prestigious luxury beauty brand, is currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all systems.

You will lead the operational IT function, providing frontline technical support to team members, including VIPs and senior teams. You will be responsible for accurately logging and resolving IT tickets within agreed SLAs, managing and maintaining workstations predominantly in a Mac environment, and overseeing new starter onboarding processes. Additionally, you will support the team with AV and boardroom usage, manage and maintain networks, and take a lead on larger IT projects such as data migrations. Ensuring compliance with cyber security requirements such as GDPR, PCI, and ISO will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
