A rapidly growing UK-based Next-gen Telco/Vo IP Provider seeks a dynamic & hands‑on IT Manager to oversee and continuously improve the company’s IT systems, security, and network infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically experienced professional who can balance daily operational management with long‑term planning. You’ll manage a cloud‑first environment with 180–200 on‑site staff in the Cape Town call centre and around 2,030 remote team members globally. You’ll own everything from network uptime and cybersecurity to endpoint management, user access, and system reliability, ensuring teams can work efficiently and securely every day. Working hours: will be aligned with UK business hours (10:00–19:00 SAST) to support operational teams.
