Core Competencies Required - 7+ years of progressive experience in PMO functions, preferably within the banking industry.

- Strong analytics skills to identify and report on potential issues.
- Familiar with project management methodologies, including Agile delivery.
- Working knowledge of PMO tools such as MSP, Clarity, Jira, and Confluence.
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
