Position Overview
· Support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system problems
· Supporting in performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
· Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
· Assist in maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies
· Assist and help staff with IT matters
· Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
