Key Responsibilities - Modern Infrastructure & End-User Support
- Serve as Tier 1 point of contact, diagnosing hardware, OS, and networking issues.
- Manage asset lifecycle including deployment and wiping of devices, maintaining inventory.
- Handle Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle by managing accounts in Google Workspace and other cloud services.
- Conduct regular maintenance on onsite technology, including security cameras and clinic‑specific tech.
- Agentic AI & Process Automation (The Stretch Projects)
- Interview departments to document manual processes and visualize repeatable digital flows.
- Build Agentic workflows using tools like LangChain, Zapier, or Make.com to automate tasks across apps.
- Integrate AI chatbots into the service desk for self‑service requests such as password resets.
