Position Overview
Position Summary:
IT Infrastructure Support Specialists deploy and support the systems and technologies required by corporate, manufacturing, and distribution center users in a global enterprise environment. In addition to supporting all technology needs of Polaris employees, IT Infrastructure Support Specialists may also assist in providing local hands-on support for corporate tier 3 IS teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments (on‑premises and/or cloud such as Azure or AWS).Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity/access management tools.Exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).Basic script...
