IT Infrastructure Support

Range Gross Salary: IDR 7.000.000 - IDR 8.000.000

Location: SCBD, Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for end users (hardware, software, and basic network issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents both onsite and remotely
• Manage and update tickets using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, connectivity issues)
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed
• Ensure timely resolution and maintain good user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT or related field
• 1-2 year of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support (internship included)
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, hardware, network...
