Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain
iALM systems
, provide technical support, and
develop and implement DevSecOps workflows
. The role will also involve user account management, updating user guides, assisting in migration to new tools, and supporting continuous process enhancements.
Responsibilities Provide technical support for DevSecOps and iALM systems in both production and non-production environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues in line with SLAs. Develop DevSecOps workflows based on ALM processes and ensure integration with other systems. Manage user accounts, coordinate with iALM support teams, and support document publishing and template creation. Conduct user training on new workflows, features, and best practices.
