As an IT Helpdesk Officer (Level 1 & 2), you will play a central role in ensuring smooth daily IT operations and providing support to our internal teams worldwide. You will act as the first point of contact for technical requests, delivering efficient solutions and escalating issues when necessary to guarantee optimal service.
Provide daily IT support to employees (hardware, software, network), including assistance to non-technical users, troubleshooting and escalation to back-office.
Manage IT equipment lifecycle: deployment, configuration, maintenance, documentation, and update of technical procedures.
Act as the first contact for reception services: welcoming visitors and supporting general office logistics.
