Position Overview

IT Field Support Coordinator responsible for end‑use support and projects across CEVA branches with nationwide contracts. The role requires maintaining business relationships, developing optimized support processes, ensuring compliance, and managing an inventory of network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with business partners, reinforcing IT processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Execute, define, or develop optimized support processes and automation systems.
• Maintain an integral inventory of all network equipment and ensure replacement plans for aging equipment are in place annually.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document and diagram IT procedures, including SOPs and network files.
• Ensure IT devices receive adequate annual maintenance and that SLAs with suppliers are met.
