Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive IT operations, setup, and support services, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, printers, and end-user assistance. Maintain and manage IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal system performance. Implement and monitor backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity controls, ensuring regular testing and compliance. Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Deliver prompt and effective technical support to all staff members. Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset issuance and recovery, hardware/software setup, and user account management (creation, modification, and deletion of system and email accounts).
