Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for daily operations
- Support users remotely and on-site for technical issues and operational assistance
- Perform minor hardware troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and related devices
- Conduct 1st level network troubleshooting for connectivity and device communication issues
- Manage system implementation, rollout coordination, and UAT testing
- Configure and support printers, scan-to-folder/email solutions, and network devices
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments including user account management and access control
- Manage user roles, permissions, password resets, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) configurations
