Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Desktop Support-L1, (Mandatory) .
2. As an Administrator, you should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures.
3. Creations / termination of email accounts and system access rights for new employees and exiting employees
4. Prepare, issuance and maintenance of IT hard wares for all employees according to job functions and requirements.
5. Handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis and attend to Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
6. Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required.
