About the Role
The IT Executive is responsible for day-to-day technical support, maintenance of IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software resources. This role supports end-users, resolves technical issues, maintains IT assets, and assists senior IT staff in infrastructure, security, and system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Maintain support ticket records and issue resolution logs.
System Administration Support
