Position Overview
IT Infrastructure Support - Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.)
- Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi
- Ensure servers and data storage run smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)
System Administration - Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions
- Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies)
- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
Manufacturing/Production System Support - Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory‑specific systems
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
