Position Overview
Responsibilities - Install configure and maintain computer hardware software printers scanners and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to office and site staff for IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN internet connectivity VPNs and other network systems.
- Manage user accounts emails file sharing and access permissions (e.g. Microsoft 365 domain systems).
- Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnose faults and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform regular data backups antivirus updates and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services software licenses and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely servicing or replacement of equipment.
