Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of IT, APAC, the IT Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional IT Head and other members of the Regional IT Leadership team.
The position also drives regional IT projects from demand collection to implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the schedule of the Regional IT Head and plan the logistics of each meeting.
- Prepare essential documents for reports, presentations, meetings, and memos.
- Assist with research and writing reports, or independently write reports on behalf of the Regional IT Head.
- Organize team-building activities for the local or APAC team.
- Coordinates the onboarding and offboarding process for IT employees.
- Responsible for organizing internal/external meetings and organizing events.
