We’re hiring an ERP Support & Business Process Specialist to support key  ERP systems; Quantum and Pentagon.

This is a highly specialised support role combining ERP system expertise, reporting, and process compliance within a regulated industry.

What You’ll Do

Manage and resolve ERP support tickets
Provide onsite support for Quantum (in-office in Southend-on-Sea)
Produce tailored reports and support data analysis
Ensure process compliance and resolve workflow issues
Train and guide staff on correct system usage to support them performing their tasks in the systems. 
Support onboarding of new businesses and employees onto ERP systemsWhat We’re Looking For

ERP experience (any system considered)
Strong process and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with reporting and data
Excellent communication and user support skills
