Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsible and able to work independently

Responsibilities
Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows
Handles implementation of new software and hardware upgrades
Maintains proper records of IT Asset Management
Responsible for overall day‑to‑day support for computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application to meet Business Continuity requirements
Maintains ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Works with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player
