We are looking for an IT Engineer (Modern Workplace & Provisioning) to join our Auckland office and provide Level 2 operational engineering support across DLA Piper New Zealand. In this role, you will ensure the stable, secure, and auditable delivery of IT services within a modern, cloud‑first and security‑led environment.

This is a hands‑on Level 2 operational engineering role within a tiered support model, sitting between service desk support and senior platform and cloud engineering. You will manage and improve endpoints and core platforms (including Microsoft 365 and Intune), carry out patching and configuration, and resolve escalated incidents. Working closely with senior engineering and security, you will help maintain service stability, reduce risk, and uphold strong operational and security standards.
