PURPOSE:
This role blends project delivery, BAU support, cloud engineering, security, vendor management, documentation, and mentoring. It requires someone who can hit the ground running, communicate clearly, and operate with a high degree of professionalism.

You will work across a variety of infrastructure, cloud, automation, networking, and security platforms, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operational demands. The role includes leading assigned transformation projects, resolving advanced technical escalations, and driving continuous improvements across the IT estate.
