Must have at least 3‑5 years’ experience as an IT Technician / Engineer. Must have IT support experience / exposure with desktops, networks and servers. Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft environment (Azure) and Cloud Services. Knowledge and experience with Exchange Server and Active Directory is essential.
